We will talk about how to meet your feeding goals. We’ll practice and discuss different positions to breastfeed, skin to skin, how to get a good latch, breast crawl, expression, talk about how to know if you’re baby’s getting enough milk, common concerns when it comes to feeding your baby, facts & myths of breastfeeding, any doubts that you may have, antenatal colostrum expression and much more! It is offered in-person and online and it includes handouts for you to refer back when you need it. Any family members can participate! This is great for expecting parents who are looking for guidance and preparation for breastfeeding!
